An MtF is a dedicated sprint focused on building a platform or a very large feature, with a dedicated team whose sole focus is getting it done. The team works out of one war room in our office. Everyone needed to get this done is in the same room. They are our best, and they have done this before.

Our own tracker, shaped to how our squads actually work. Tasks, sprints, and time tracking now live in one place, so nobody juggles three tools to see where a project stands.
Replaced Spock and built capacity planning
Leave, holidays, and approvals, all in one place. Capacity planning lets us plan workloads factoring in leave and holidays.
Built our own reimbursement, vendor portal, and payroll
No off-the-shelf tool fit, so we built it in a week. AI reads and processes reimbursement bills, and vendor payments and payroll run through the same platform, made for how we work.
